The role of the Whitewater-Rice Lakes Management District is to maintain, protect and improve the quality of lake conditions, including enhancement of the recreational use of the lake and conservation projects within its watershed for the mutual good of our property owners and the lake environment.  Commissioners are elected and budgets are approved at annual meetings.
